Teaching Philosophy
At Lake Forest East, the computer lab
instructor and the classroom teacher work together to plan and teach the
lessons. The lab instructor regularly consults with classroom teachers
and develops lessons to complement units of study and activities in the
core subject areas. Classroom teachers accompany students to the
lab and assist the lab instructor during the computer lab class.
Generally, students attend lab classes twice a week for 40 minutes.
